Testimonials:
Deborah has been supervising me for 18 years, since my first placement as a trainee counsellor up to the present day where I run my own private practice and am a qualified clinical supervisor myself. Throughout this time, I have found her immensely supportive in all of my professional and developmental needs. She offers intuitive insights which continuously broaden my reflections in practice as well as invaluable ethical considerations, with careful adherence to BACP ethical standards. She has a wealth of experience and I recommend her highly as a seasoned clinical supervisor or consultant no matter what stage you are at in your training and/or professional practice (Jane, 2025).
I have been supervised by Deborah for over 10 years now, I find Deborah to be very warm, welcoming, supportive, insightful and very experienced and knowledgeable. I gain a lot of guidance and encouragement to explore my blind spots and my style of working with my clients. I have found Deborah to be very helpful in navigating the ins and out of private practice, choosing my training path for my development and my self-care. (Bonny, 2025).
Working with Deborah I always feel contained and safe, she has a broad and an in-depth knowledge and experience that she shares as my supervisor. She can also work in a creative and experiential way.
I find that there is nothing I cannot share with Deborah and I feel very confident and comfortable with being vulnerable when presenting my case load, I never feel judged or wrong, I have learnt a lot and I feel challenged to improve myself professionally and ethically.
Deborah has an astute knowledge of the BACP framework and I have had the privilege to attend a presentation that Deborah had delivered, it was educational, well communicated and engaging.
If you’re looking for a supervision space that is thoughtful, grounded, and creatively alive, I’d love to hear from you.
