•  Workshops
I offer a range of workshops designed to support counsellors, supervisors, and wellbeing professionals in reflective, ethical, and trauma-informed practice.  Workshops can be delivered online or in-person, and are tailored to the needs of individuals, teams, or organisations.  Topics include supervision skills, practitioner wellbeing, trauma-informed care, neurodiversity-informed practice, and creative approaches to clinical work.

•  Consultation Services
In addition to therapy and clinical supervision, I offer consultation services to individuals and organisations looking to deepen reflective practice, navigate complex clinical material, or develop trauma-informed, ethically grounded services.  Drawing on over 20 years of clinical experience, I work collaboratively to support growth, insight and sustainable practice.

•  Mediation
I provide a mediation service for organisations, workplaces and in schools.   I can help build relationships, especially where there is conflict, team-building skills and assisting people to come to mutually acceptable decisions.
